  • j.g.clay is a small, female owned business, focusing on handmade small batch products. 

  • Each piece is handcrafted and will have slight differences that are part of the appeal and charm of handmade products. For purchases with multiples of the same item, we do our best to match color, size and motif , though sometimes they may vary slightly.

  • As an artisan business, we do not always have items in stock. We make each piece of pottery by hand, from scratch.  Please allow approximately 6-8 weeks for production and delivery. You will receive an email with an estimate on lead times/delivery after your order is placed.

  • Returns are accepted only on damaged pieces or items that are not as described. Please contact us within one week of receiving the item and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

  • With custom orders, all sales are final and not eligible for a refund or store credit, as they are made just for you! These are handcrafted pieces and we take as much information as we can to execute your vision, keeping in mind that each project allows for a new experience for both of us. If an item arrives damaged, please reach out and we will help remedy the situation. 

  • All  j.g.clay products are food safe and dishwasher/microwave safe, unless otherwise noted.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of each item. All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 2-3 business days of completion.
