  • j.g.clay is a small, female owned business, focusing on handmade small batch products. With custom orders, all sales are final and not eligible for a refund or store credit, as they are made just for you! These are handcrafted pieces and we take as much information as we can to execute your vision, keeping in mind that each project allows for a new experience for both of us. If an item arrives damaged, please reach out and we will help remedy the situation. 

  • Each piece is handcrafted and will have slight differences that are part of the appeal and charm of handmade products. For purchases with multiples of the same item, we do our best to match color, size and motif , though sometimes they may vary slightly.

  • The turnaround time on custom orders is between 6 - 8 weeks. Please expect an email notification when your order ships or is ready for pickup.
